Express Pizza SMS Terms & Conditions

Program and consent

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly agreeing to receive SMS messages, you authorize Express Pizza to send recurring marketing text messages about pizza and food specials, discounts, promotions, and restaurant updates to that number, including messages sent using an automated system. Providing a number for an order alone does not enroll you in marketing messages. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on promotions and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Cancel or get help

Reply STOP to any Express Pizza marketing text to cancel. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out; no further marketing texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email info@expresspizzaweymouthma.com. You can also contact that email to request removal from the SMS program.

Eligibility and delivery

Only enroll a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. This SMS program is not an emergency service.
